It's a bit early, but Thanksgiving is in the air here (or at least the smell of a pumpkin roll)!!! :)
We hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving this year! Thursday, we will be heading over (after I get off of work) to a home of our friends, Bekah and Chad. They are hosting Thanksgiving this year. They were able to join us a couple of years ago at our home here and they are returning the fun this year. Gene will also be helping Bekah with some of the food, such as helping her with the turkey. Then, Friday morning, we will be getting on the first train to Zurich and flying to Vienna, Austria for two days. We are going to see another great European city and also get to experience the Christmas market in Vienna, which looks amazing! We fly back early Sunday morning. Sunday, we are having a small Thanksgiving with another friend, Kelly, at our apartment as she will be in Amsterdam for the actual day. :)
It's a great way to draw our time here in Switzerland to a close. We came over 3 years and 11 days ago (not on the Mayflower...just our stuff did and it's actually in the US already...arrived earlier this week in to a port in New York). It's our 4th and last Thanksgiving to celebrate in Switzerland. It's been an extremely memorable and amazing experience. Although, we can't wait to spend Thanksgiving again with our families at home.
