Happy 4th of July everyone. It's another day here for us. We're going to go to Tristan Chocolate to pick up some items to bring home in August. They close at the end of the day tomorrow and won't re-open until late August. Must be nice to get that much time off! I guess it is a family owned shop, so they can do that.
Also, we're going to hopefully head to the Montreux Jazz Festival. It started today and lasts for a little over 2 weeks. Carlos Santana was playing tonight for free, but we found out WAY too late (we found out at 7 pm, it started at 8:30, we still had to go home and change and take the train, would have been lucky to get there by 9). Prince is closing the festival with two shows. The cheapest standing room only tickets are 195 Swiss Francs, which is about 180 US Dollars.
Hope everyone has a nice weekend! Enjoy the holiday...shoot some roman candles for us, put sparklers in your shoes and do cartwheels, eat some great food and other fun stuff. :)

I believe that Alex will keep some sparklers back for you to put in your shoes Gene when you come home in August.. Not for sure about the Roman candles, Travis likes to shoot them off.. Have fun at the festival. Gena
