Leather and Leiderhosen

In Berlin, we saw some people walking around in authentic German dress, including these guys in leiderhosen. At least one of their leiderhosen was actually made of leather (S&M fan possibly). We both found this quite humorous since 1. we don't see this kind of stuff in the states and 2. it was 20-30 degrees out and we both were cold even wearing all our clothes plus long underwear, let alone walking around like these guys in shorts.
