Great article on FMLA. Seriously, why can't this get passed? Oh yeah, our government sucks. Even though it is not opposed, it is not worth their time to get passed?! On of the IL senators did sign up to support this...Thanks Dick Durbin (for this one at least...he hasn't signed up to support the other bill I've contacted him about providing funding to research stillbirth)! It is sad that it is taking some of the current, tragic events to gain support for amending FMLA to include bereavement leave.
