Another youtube video that I highly recommend. Side note is that I learned more about the FMLA (family medical leave act) here in the US as one of the guys that was on here is one of the main guys trying to get it changed to include bereaved parents (not only in cases of miscarriage/stillbirth). This REALLY needs to change!!!
